The machine on display at our booth D-080/E-081 will be a CAO 3000-CHOC installation.

Allied Industries

The installation type CAO 3000-CHOC is specially designed for the continuous mixing / weighing and fine grinding of chocolate, compound and coatings. The installation consist of an automated pre-mixer type Mini Mix mixing / weighing vessel, provided with mixer 4 kW stirrer with scraper, is specially designed to provide automatic weighing and mixing of 500-kg basic ingredients. A jacketed mixer/buffer tank 600-kg provided with a stirrer 4 kW and is placed underneath this mixing / weighing vessel and connected to the pump of the first ball mill. Furthermore the installation consists of a ball mill CAO 3000 of a low speed agitated type, developed for heat and wear sensitive masses has a unique configuration between grinding shaft, grinding tank and grinding media, giving an optimum use of the grinding efficiency. Cooling of the product takes places by the water-cooled jacketed grinding tank and/or the water-cooled grinding shaft, allowing using heat sensitive masses in this ball mill Capacities of 1.000 - 1.250kg/hr. with an average in going fineness (powdered sugar) of 80 - 100 micron and an end fineness of 24 - 27 micron, may be expected Looking forward meeting you in Cologne!
